Tasty Tomato Soup

- The easiest lowest-fattest tastiest tomato soup

In a pan put:
1 400g tin of tomatoes
1 x clove garlic
1 onion (quartered)
1 stock cube of any type
1 cup of wine/cider/beer
1 cup water
Handful of any fresh herbs, freshly chopped
Any or all of: dash of Worcester Sauce/balsamic vinegar/chilli sauce/lemon juice/left over raw or cooked veg.

Method: Throw all of the above into a saucepan. Boil for 20 minutes (lid off for a concentrated flavour). Whizz in a liquidizer/processor. Eat with microwaved popadoms for a totally tasty lo cal lunch.
