Onion Soup
1 Stock cube
4 Medium white onions
Soy Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Bay Leaf
2 pints of hot water
Slice the onions into rings and fry in a little stock for three minutes.
Add the water and wait until boiled. Turn down the heat so it simmers.
Add soy sauce to taste, and put in herbs and salt and pepper. Heat up
until boiling.
Serve with croutons or bread.
