Homemade Muesli

This recipe is tasty AND low in fat - I love it!

Serves 1

260 cal/2.2g fat

1 eating apple

½ oz (15g) oats

½ oz (15g) sultanas

2 teaspoons bran

skimmed or semi-skimmed milk or 75g (3oz) low-fat natural yogurt honey to taste

½ banana

Peel and grate the apple. Place the grated apple, oats, sultanas and bran in a bowl. Stir in the milk or yogurt and add honey to taste. Place in the refrigerator and leave overnight. Just before serving, chop the banana, add to the muesli and mix well.
