Gravy Serves 8 Per serving: 14 cals/0.2g fat 1. Dry-fry 1 chopped onion until soft. Add 1 tsp each chopped fresh thyme and parsley plus 1 pt/600ml vegetable stock and bring to the boil. 2. Mix 2 tbsp vegetarian gravy power with a little cold water and stir into the stock to thicken. Simmer gently for 2-3 mins. Season to taste with salt and black pepper, and adjust consistency with plain water or strained vegetable water.
