Writer Sally Quilford recently posted a list of characters, settings and conflicts/situations on her site. She invited readers to print them out, randomly select one of each and write a short story from the resulting scenario. I thought it was a fantastic idea and asked Sally for her permission to create an automated version for the web. She said yes so here it is - the S/Cally Short Short (Idea) Generator.
