Broccoli Soup (2)

1 medium stalk of broccoli
2 onions, 1 leek
3 vegetable stock cubes
salt and pepper
block of cheese
Cut the onion, leek and broccoli and put into a pan and cook
untill soft, add water to stock cubes and pour over vegetables,
simmer for 15 minutes. While the soup is simmering, cut cheese
into cubes, add to the soup, stir untill melted in. This is a
very 'chuck as much as you want in soup' so dont worry about
amounts.
