Baked Turnip

2tsp.1/2salted butter
sea salt (to taste)
parsely (to taste)
2 tsp. vegetable broth
2lbs. turnip, cut and diced
2 cups hot water
1 onion finely chopped
preparation:
melt butter in a pan saute turnip,onion at medium heat until golden brown.
add broth, water, parsley. Boil, cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes
until vegetables are tender, add salt to taste.
